- over 30 DI men’s basketball student-athletes in cases alleging Name, Image Likeness, recruiting, extra benefits and academic misconduct violations
- five DI men’s basketball assistant coaches and two operations directors in alleged recruiting inducements violations cases
- a DI men’s golf head coach in an alleged recruiting inducements violation case
- a DI women’s track and field head coach in an alleged playing and practice seasons and extra benefits violations case
- a DI academic advisor in an alleged academic fraud case
- seven DI institutions in the NCAA Level I or II infractions investigation, NOA response and COI appearance or Summary Disposition processes
Beth has assisted in the representation of:
- three Power Five conference institutions in the NCAA major infractions investigation, Notice of Allegations response and Committee on Infractions appearance process through The Compliance Group
Beth has provided:
- approximately 170 comprehensive compliance reviews for NCAA DI and D II institutions
- over 22 Title IX reviews for NCAA DI and DII institutions
- three Diversity, Equity and Inclusion reviews (two DI institutions, one DI conference office)
- approximately 30 DI institutions general compliance operations consulting (e.g., interpretations, eligibility waiver issues, DII to DI transitions, FCS to FBS transitions, Title IX, athletics organizational structure, etc.) and service as an interim compliance officer
- dozens of presentations on NCAA compliance, Enforcement and collegiate athletics legal issues to various conferences and professional associations (e.g., NCAA, NACUA, ACUA, NAAAA)
